Rama Retroreflectives have pleasure to introduce as one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of Quality RETRO REFLECTIVE Traffic Road Sign Boards, Thermoplastic lane marking & various other traffic safety products as per M.O.R.T.& H. / I.R.C., R.D.S.O, B.R.O, ASTM Specifications.
Our present manufacturing unit is a Registered MSME unit with ISO 9001:2015 certification, having 10,000 Sqft of covered and 80,000 Sqft. of open area, located approximately 8 Km. from Nagpur City Railway Station on NH 7. We are registered contractor with PWD, NHAI, NMC Etc.

Our Specialty

Screen Printing

Cautionary, Mandatory, Compulsory, Facility & Stop Signs will have white Colour retro-reflective background in one piece, the border, arrow & symbol will be Screen Printed as per section 800 of MOST with original transparent inks having 7 / 10 years out door durability.

Stove Enamel Paint

Backside of the Aluminium sign plate are painted with non-peel able, scratch resistant, grey colour stove enamel paint (Oven Baked) as per ISI 631.

Anti-Theft Arrangement

The 3 / 4 corners of Sign plate are fixed on the angle iron frame by Solid Aluminum Rivets (In addition to POP Rivet), fixed by fully automatic, Electro Pneumatic machine, as an Antitheft.

All Sign Boards are packed in Corrugated Brown Paper with foam sheet separator & are labelled properly.

Installation Assistance**

We can provide one site supervisor to guide your people for installation of sign board at site.

We can provide one site supervisor to do survey of road & submit exact requirement, Design, Layout of Traffic Sign Boards.

Our Assurance for Quality

Retro reflective sheeting used will be of High Intensity Prismatic Grade OR Micro Prismatic Grade, as per section 800 of MOST and IRC 67-2012.
Retro reflective sheeting used will be in one piece for sign plate of less than 1.22 meter. Width. For Information Signs, The letters, arrow, message Etc.

There will be no joints of aluminium sheet for sign plate of less than 1.22 meter. x 2.44 meter. Or multiple thereof, except under unavoidable circumstances.

Hindalco / Balco sheet

Hindalco / Balco make aluminium sheet will be used.

IRC 30 – 1968, 67-2001, 67-2010 marking

Letters, message, symbols used will be as per IRC 30 – 1968, 67-2001, 67-2010 Or as per design supplied by us & approved by you.

Quality electroplated MS

Quality Electroplated MS nut & bolts will be supplied, so that corrosion is delayed / avoided.

Original warrantee certificate

Original warrantee certificate of 7 / 10 / 12 years durability for retro-reflective sheeting from the manufacturer or its representative in INDIA will be submitted after supply / execution of job.
All material used will be fresh and unused.
